TERMS OF USE AND SALE

The website novaracks.com is operated by Nova Sphere EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria under company number 208104825 and VAT number BG208104825.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Nova Racks designs and sells aluminium storage systems for vans, camper vans and motorhomes.

Most of the products offered are configurable (width, depth, number of levels, load capacity, options). Each configuration is assembled or prepared according to the customer's specific choices.

Product photos and descriptions are provided for illustration only. Minor differences may occur without affecting the quality or functionality of the product.

3. Orders

Every order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed definitively accepted only after confirmation by email and validation of payment.

Nova Racks reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • an obvious pricing or description error,
  • suspicion of fraud,
  • exceptional unavailability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros. Depending on the delivery country and the customer's status (B2C or B2B), the applicable VAT may be adjusted at checkout.

Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Nova Racks reserves the right to change its prices at any time without affecting already confirmed orders.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared within 3 working days.

Delivery within Europe generally takes between 5 and 10 working days by carrier.

Delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the product.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under European legislation, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

This right does not apply to products configured individually, assembled to the customer's specifications or adapted to a specific vehicle.

7. Liability

Nova Racks is liable in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Nova Racks shall in particular not be liable in the event of:

  • improper installation,
  • use contrary to the intended purpose,
  • overloading beyond the stated load limits,
  • unauthorized modification of the product.

Limitations of liability do not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, images, designs, graphic elements, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Nova Sphere EOOD.

Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law and the law of the European Union.

In the event of a dispute, the courts at the registered office of Nova Sphere EOOD shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Changes to the terms

Nova Racks reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.
